What you need to know about CRM

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) refers to a set of strategies, processes, and technological tools designed to manage customer interactions and data throughout their journey. The main objective of a CRM is to improve customer relationships, build customer loyalty, and drive sales growth. CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics, centralizes customer information, facilitating lead tracking, opportunity management, and communication personalization. They also enable the automation of certain tasks, such as sending marketing emails, and generate reports to analyze performance. CRM is essential for companies seeking to improve their customer knowledge, optimize their business processes, and enhance their customer experience through proactive, data-driven management.
