IT Support Engineer Our Client is an established bank based in Central London. They are looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst with at least 5 plus years of 1 and 2 level hands-on expertise of working within IT Support and Infrastructure from a banking environment. The following are list of skills required for the position: · Microsoft Windows (all versions) experience to a high level (troubleshoot and effectively resolve issues by research/using knowledge bases in a confident way). · Active Directory to a high level - security groups, administration/deployment, LDAP, ADSI. · Citrix XenApps – Administration, Maintenance and Support of existing Citrix XenApps server farm · Windows Server Environment 2012/2016 - design, deployment, maintenance and support. · VM-Ware virtualisation environments. · Backups (various and ability to use different applications). · Networking - design/troubleshoot/installation (VLAN, routing, switching, TCP/IP and OSI) · Router maintenance - wireless configuration, installation and setups. · PowerShell to a competent level (backup/azure/EMC). · VPN Administration and Deployment. · DNS – administration of DNS internal and external. FIS Integrity -Treasury and Risk Management System 2nd and 3rd Level Support Analyst Our Client is in the process of implementing a global rollout of FIS Integrity Treasury and Risk Management System. You must have at least 1 to 4 years experience of working with and supporting FIS Treasury and Risk Management System Integrity. This is a 2nd to 3 level implementation and support position. The Client may consider experience of FIS Quantum as well. Experience of software development skills with Python, C# .net, C++ and SQL Server would be very useful for this role. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an FIS Integrity System Treasury and Risk Management System Support Analyst to be based in London with flexibility. The Client may consider remote working in exceptional situations. The analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues related to the Treasury and Risk Management system (Integrity), and ensuring system stability. Daily tasks include resolving technical queries, conducting system analysis, offering guidance to users, and proactively identifying process improvements to optimize workflows. Ideally have been involved in end-to-end implementation and enhancement of FIS Integrity for banking and treasury clients globally. Lead requirements analysis and translated complex treasury and capital markets processes into functional system designs. Research and document client needs processes relating to system design or enhancements. Facilitate client workshops and training, supporting successful go-lives and post-implementation adoption.
