About the role As Technical Product Manager, you will: Lead the COE technical team to develop a portfolio of technical products enabling fast and responsible AI development. Coach and mentor Product Managers across the organisation, aligning and integrating AI roadmaps. Inform the wider CUP&A AI strategy and capability building. Own the complete product lifecycle, from concept through launch, growth, maturity, and evolution. Partner with designers and engineers to run discovery, prototype solutions, and gather customer feedback. Define product vision, outcomes, and success metrics aligned with business objectives. Manage stakeholder relationships and technical backlog, driving delivery against the roadmap. Oversee release strategy, change management, and continuous improvement post-launch. Influence product roadmaps across AI Pods, identifying synergies and opportunities to accelerate value delivery
