Au sein du département R&I d'un grand groupe international, nous faisons évoluer une plateforme clé de gestion et de découverte de contenus.

Nous recherchons un(e) Expert(e) Search & Data Engineer pour concevoir, structurer et implémenter le nouveau moteur de recherche avancée de l'application. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement technique moderne combinant recherche textuelle/sémantique, bases de données orientées graphe (Neo4J) et interfaces React.

Vos missions

Architecture & Conception :
- Analyser les besoins métiers liés à la découverte et au filtrage de données complexes.
- Concevoir la stratégie d'indexation (mapping, tokenizers, analyzers) et choisir les algorithmes de pertinence et de scoring (BM25, recherche vectorielle/sémantique).
Implémentation & Optimisation :
- Implémenter les requêtes de recherche avancée (floue, synonymes, multi-critères, facettes, tri dynamique, autocomplétion, suggestions).
- Optimiser les performances d'indexation et la latence des requêtes sur de gros volumes.
Intégration & Collaboration :
- Assurer l'interconnexion et la synchronisation des données entre le moteur de recherche et la base orientée graphe Neo4J.
- Exposer et consommer les API REST/GraphQL en collaboration avec les équipes Back-end et Front-end (React).
- Rédiger la documentation technique et former les équipes aux bonnes pratiques du moteur.

Candidate profile

Expérience : Minimum 4 à 5 ans d'expérience en développement Back-end / Data Engineering, avec une spécialisation forte sur les moteurs de recherche entreprise.
Compétences techniques clés :
- Maîtrise approfondie d'Elasticsearch (Elastic Stack) ou d'Azure AI Search.
- Pratique éprouvée des bases de données orientées graphe, idéalement Neo4J (requêtes Cypher, pipelines de données).
- Connaissance des environnements web modernes et Cloud (Azure, Node.js ou Python, React).
- Expertise en search tuning : gestion des synonymes, pertinence linguistique, recherche hybride/sémantique.
Langue : Anglais courant obligatoire (projets et équipes internationales).
