Amélioration et optimisation continue de l’expérience développeur et du cycle de vie applicatif.
Développement d’outils et composants d’intégration autour du Cloud, JIRA, monitoring, GitHub, analyse de code et tests automatisés.
Accompagnement et formation des équipes sur leurs pratiques.
Maintien et optimisation des outils et pipelines CI/CD.
Évangélisation des pratiques qualité (tests, observabilité, CI/CD, TDD, BDD).
Participation aux rituels agiles (démos, rétrospectives, feedbacks).
Suivi de roadmap avec priorisation, analyse d’impact et mesures par KPI.
Veille technologique et maintien à l’état de l’art de la plateforme.

Maîtrise des pipelines CI/CD et forte vision des besoins développeurs.
Expérience en Developer Experience ou rôle de Tech Leader dans une équipe produit.
Expertise Cloud (AWS, Azure) et microservices.
Bonne maîtrise d’un langage de programmation (C#, Java, NodeJS, Python).
Connaissance des environnements et outils : Docker, Serverless, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, Backstage, Datadog, Jira, Confluence.
Connaissance des bases de données (SQL Server, MongoDB, Postgres).
Bonne pratique des méthodes : Craftsmanship, TDD, BDD, tests automatisés, pair programming, Continuous Deployment.
Qualités de communication, pédagogie et accompagnement.
