An international fast-growing company based in Barcelona is currently structuring its HR tools at a European level.

As part of this initiative, the client is looking to implement Workday Recruiting from scratch, replacing their current ATS, with strong integration needs within an existing Workday environment.

Deliver a full end-to-end implementation of Workday Recruiting, with a strong functional and configuration focus, to structure and optimize recruitment processes.

• Configuration of the Workday Recruiting module

• Design of Business Processes:

  • Job Requisitions

  • Applications

  • Offers

• Setup of the Career Site

• Workflow structuring

• HR reporting

• Integration with existing modules (Workday HCM, Absence)

• Knowledge transfer to internal teams
  

Potential extension on:

• Workforce Management (Scheduling / Labour Optimization)

• Workday (HCM already implemented)

• International context

• Close collaboration with HR / Talent Acquisition teams

The consultant will work closely with:

• An internal Workday team

• Talent Acquisition teams (key users)

• Location: Barcelona

• Remote possible (to be discussed)

• Start: ASAP

• Full-time mission

• Initial short-term engagement with potential extension

• Daily rate: €460/day

• Full-time commitment expected

• Proven experience on Workday Recruiting from scratch

• Ability to deliver quickly and independently

• Understanding of HR business processes

• Pragmatic, delivery-oriented mindset
