Responsibilities

• Develop, operate (3rd level), and continuously improve a modern, highly automated SaaS platform in a regulated environment

• Orchestrate and harden Kubernetes clusters and integrate them with central IT systems (IAM, logging and monitoring, ITSM, and SIEM systems)

• Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code components for provisioning cloud resources (AWS, Azure)

• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, including automated tests, security scans, and quality gates

• Provide technical consulting and support for integrating new applications into the platform

• Actively shape the platform architecture, quality standards, and internal best practices

Expertise

• Several years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and Kubernetes—ideally in SaaS environments

• Strong technical expertise in Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and security hardening

• Solid experience with at least one major public cloud provider (AWS or Azure)

• Proven track record in automating complex system landscapes with tools such as Terraform, Crossplane, ArgoCD, and Helm

• An analytical mindset, structured way of working, and high standards for the quality of your own work

• A true team player mindset: openness, solution orientation, and mutual support are second nature to you

• Curiosity, initiative, and the willingness to dive deep into complex topi

• Fluent in English
