The consultant will be involved in the following activities:
- Project management: Scope definition, planning, and coordination of the HR Service Delivery implementation, including breaking the program down into sub-projects and tracking milestones.
- HRIS deployment: Leading the deployment of the solution across the HR scope, with strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD.
- Change management: Supporting HR transformation and leading change management activities with stakeholders.
- HR organization: Contributing to the reorganization of the HR operations department, including support tier structuring.
- Employee portal: Overseeing the implementation of the HR front-end / employee portal.
- Knowledge management: Setting up a knowledge center, structuring HR policies, FAQs, and support content.
- International coordination: Working in a Benelux context, with deployment planned in multiple languages.
- Organization: Mostly remote assignment, with on-site presence in Eindhoven once a month.
Profil recherché
Strong project management experience on ServiceNow HRSD / ServiceNow HR module deployments.
Hands-on experience in implementing or deploying the ServiceNow HR module is mandatory.
7 to 15 years of experience in HRIS project management / HR transformation.
Strong understanding of change management, HR operations structuring, and employee portal topics.
Fluent English is mandatory.
Dutch and French is a plus.

As part of an HRIS implementation project, our client is looking for a Project Manager / HR Service Delivery Project Manager (F/M).
The assignment is part of an HR transformation program in the Netherlands and Belgium, including a strong change management component, HR operations reorganization, and employee portal deployment.
The consultant will work on a ServiceNow HRSD implementation, including process structuring, knowledge center setup, and deployment support in a multilingual environment.
