Mission
Quality mindset: Champion quality standards across the team, proactively identifying risks and proposing improvements to prevent defects rather than just detecting them
Test Automation: Design and implement comprehensive API test automation frameworks, covering functional, integration, and contract testing for RESTful and event-driven services
End-to-End Testing: Develop and maintain E2E test suites that validate critical user journeys across multiple micro-services and frontend applications
Performance Engineering: Design and execute load testing strategies, including stress, spike, endurance, and scalability testing, to ensure system performance under various conditions
Framework Development: Extend reusable test automation frameworks and libraries that can scale across multiple squads
Quality Gates: Implement automated quality gates in CI pipelines, ensuring code doesn’t progress without meeting quality criteria
Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to embed quality practices throughout the SDLC
Profil recherché
Profil
5+ years of QA experience with at least 3 years focused on test automationAPI Testing Expertise: Strong experience with REST API testing tools and API test automation frameworks
E2E Testing Skills: Proficiency in E2E testing frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium WebDriver) with experience in cross-browser and cross-platform testing
Performance Testing: Hands-on experience with load testing tools (JMeter, K6) and performance monitoring (using ELK, Grafana)
Programming Skills: coding abilities for test automation development
CI/CD Integration: Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines
Microservices Testing: Understanding of testing strategies for distributed systems, including service virtualization and chaos engineering
Version Control: Proficiency with Git and branching strat
Ability to work in the French time zone GMT+2
Fluent in english
