Dans le cadre de l’amélioration et de l’optimisation de ses outils de gestion des services IT et de gestion des tickets, notre client recherche un consultant support en freelance spécialisé sur Freshservice et Jira pour renforcer son équipe support:

Vos missions

Assurer le support fonctionnel et technique.
Le client utilise les plateformes Freshservice et Jira pour la gestion des tickets
Gérer et suivre les tickets incidents, demandes et résoudre les problèmes ou escalader
Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus ITSM
Assurer la gestion des utilisateurs, rôles et permissions
Accompagner les équipes internes dans l’utilisation des outils
Collaborer avec les équipes IT, projets et métiers pour l’optimisation des usages

Candidate profile

Expérience confirmée sur Freshservice et Jira Service Management / Jira Software
Bonne compréhension des processus ITIL / ITSM
Vous avez travaillé sur Servicenow (SNOW)
Bon relationnel et sens du service
Autonomie et capacité à travailler en environnement international
Anglais courant requis

Compétences appréciées

Connaissance d’outils de collaboration (Confluence, Slack, etc.)
