🛠️ Activités principales :

Définir et garantir les standards techniques et l’architecture du socle CRM/CMS
Réaliser les revues de conception et porter les décisions d’architecture
Accompagner et encadrer l’équipe de développement
Animer les rituels Scrum côté développement
Assurer la cohérence des conventions API et du découpage modulaire
Définir les interfaces et contrats avec un Hub IA
Mettre en place et suivre les quality gates, SLIs et indicateurs de performance
Contribuer à la sécurité applicative et à la qualité globale du produit

Candidate profile

Profil confirmé à senior (≈ 7 ans d’expérience ou plus)
Forte expertise technique et capacité à structurer des choix d’architecture
Leadership naturel et capacité à guider une équipe via standards et revues
Culture de la performance, de la fiabilité et de la maintenabilité
Sens aigu de la documentation et de la qualité logicielle
Expérience en sécurité applicative pragmatique
