The Role: New business development through outbound prospecting, campaigns, networking and partners Managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to close and handover Developing and growing existing customer accounts through upsell and cross-sell Acting as a trusted advisor on ITSM improvement and transformation initiatives Forecasting against targets and maintaining accurate CRM data The Person Proven track record in IT Service Management solution sales. Previously worked in B2B sales. Experience in both new business acquisition and account development. Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and relationship skills. Knowledge of ITSM frameworks such as ITIL or SIAM.
