About The Role: The IT & Comms Maintenance Engineer (ROI) is a hybrid field-based and remote support role responsible for maintaining, supporting and improving partner technology environments across four Republic of Ireland sites located in Dublin, Cork and Limerick. The role combines proactive maintenance, infrastructure support, end-user support and basic communications engineering. Key Responsibilities: Undertake scheduled maintenance visits to partner sites across ROI. Provide remote IT and communications support via phone, email and remote tools. Perform infrastructure health checks and preventative maintenance activities. Support Microsoft 365, Windows, networking and end-user technologies. Assist with VoIP, internet connectivity and telephony troubleshooting. Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates within HaloPSA. Support project delivery, installations and technology refresh programmes. Act as Flotek's on-site technical representative and trusted advisor. Travel Requirements: Regular travel to Dublin, Cork and Limerick partner locations. Full driving licence required. Access to a reliable vehicle for business travel. Mileage reimbursed in line with Flotek mileage policies. Occasional overnight stays may be required. What we're looking for: Essential Skills & Experience: 3+ years in MSP, Infrastructure, IT Support or Field Engineering. Strong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting skills. Windows desktop and server support experience. Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. Networking fundamentals including switching, wireless, VLANs and firewalls. Excellent communications and documentation skills. Desirable Skills: VoIP and hosted telephony experience. Experience with Gamma, CallSwicth, and Teams Voice or similar platforms.
