L'équipe construit et exploite les applications d'une plateforme de données de groupe hébergée sur Google Cloud Platform. VOS MISSIONS • Contribuer au développement de l'automatisation et de l'intégration continue (CI / CD) • Mettre en place les chaînes de traitement via l'ordonnanceur Control-M, en assurer le suivi et la supervision • Gérer les flux de fichiers via des outils de transfert de type CFT • Assurer la gestion des environnements hors production et production • Participer aux projets techniques sur Google Cloud Platform et contribuer à la stratégie de développement des projets cloud • Garantir le bon fonctionnement des applications métiers et assurer le support opérationnel aux utilisateurs • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents de niveau 2, et formuler des recommandations • Développer des scripts, rédiger les procédures et la documentation d'exploitation CONTEXTE TECHNIQUE Une migration du patrimoine d'ordonnancement vers Control-M est en cours : la maîtrise de cet ordonnanceur est déterminante sur le poste. Our client is undergoing a major HR systems transformation and needs experienced SuccessFactors consultants to drive operational excellence. This is a 6-month engagement through March 2027 with potential for a 6-month extension, offering the opportunity to work on a mission-critical system supporting a large multinational organization. THE ROLE Serve as a senior technical consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, delivering daily operational support and implementing key HR module rollouts. You will analyze business and technical requirements, configure solutions aligned with best practices, and act as a trusted advisor to HR teams across multiple company locations. Your responsibilities include supporting Performance Management and Goals module implementations, preparing for Compensation rollout, troubleshooting interfaces between SuccessFactors and other SAP systems, managing HR data flows, and providing second- and third-level incident support to ensure reliable service delivery against agreed SLAs.
