Key responsibilities: As a Functional Consultant, liaise with business owners and development teams to refine Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solution that is suitable for our business. Working closely with Business stake holders, ability to advise them in business terms about how to transform their business in line with the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and can translate it into technical requirements. * Overseeing the implementation of the F&O project. * Responsible for the design, management, and implementation of multiple functional aspects of the solution. * Work with the technical team to business requirements into working, customer-focused solutions. * Experience with Functional testing and end to end process testing and integration testing using Postman. Key Skills/Knowledge: * Proven experience in technologies and capabilities provided by Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations . The out of the box capabilities and limitations. * Direct Debit experience * Demonstrated experience in the SCM & Finance modules and willing to explore the other modules. * Full implementation lifecycle experience of ERP based programmes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and knowledge of the supporting business processes. * Experience in facilitating workshops to gather and document user needs and translating them into business processes and a product backlog. * A passion for delivering according to an agile methodology, planning projects and releases in sprints and writing Epics, Features and User Stories. * An understanding of the broader Microsoft stack and be able to leverage it to create powerful solutions (PowerApps, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure, Office 365) and working in fast paced Agile environments. * Relevant functional experience approx. 5-6 years Experience required: * 5-6 years of relevant D365 F&O functional experience, Overall exp 12+ years * Experience working as an Individual contributor * Experience of Agile Processes * Energy Industry exposure will be an advantage. This role focuses on owning and managing performance improvements within a highly customized Dynamics 365 CE/CRM environment. Key Responsibilities * Analyze client business processes and identify areas of process improvements, performance bottlenecks in D365 CE/CRM implementations. * Design and implement performance tuning strategies for cloud flows, integrations, PCF controls, Azure components and plugins. * Analyze telemetry, logs, and metrics to identify and improve performance in customizations, integrations, and infrastructure. * Collaborate with architects, developers, Cloud and DevOps team to ensure scalable and efficient solutions. * Lead performance testing and optimization initiatives across the CRM platform. * Maintain best practices for performance and scalability in D365 CE/CRM solutions. * Provide architectural, technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. * Document performance benchmarks and improvement plans. * Collaborate with Network team, Microsoft Fast track and support engineers on key needs and performance improvement related activities. Skills and Experience * Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform. Minimum of 10+ years in Dynamics CRM platform and 5+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Online and Azure components. * Strong knowledge of performance tuning in Dynamics 365 implementations. * Hands-on experience with cloud flows, Azure IaaS/PaaS services like logic apps, functions, service bus, custom connectors, and Power Platform. * Expertise in developing and optimizing PCF controls and plugins. * Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Web API. * Experience with SQL (IaaS and PaaS), Postgres SQL, SSRS, FetchXML, and data integration/migration. * Strong understanding of solution architecture and technical design documentation. Education and Certifications * Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. * Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM certification a must - PL-600, AZ-305, AZ-400. * TOGAF or Agile methodology certification is a plus.
