Key Responsibilities * Lead AI discovery and assessment activities, facilitating structured workshops with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritise high-value use cases against business objectives, technical feasibility, and organisational readiness. * Develop the AI elements of the strategy deliverable, including high level target-state architecture, data and platform requirements, an outline AI operating model, and a responsible AI governance framework tailored to the client's regulatory and operational context. * Support the production of a high level business case and phased delivery roadmap, articulating value drivers, investment requirements, risk mitigations, and dependencies to support executive decision-making. * Provide technical guidance across the AI landscape including generative AI, agentic systems, retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning, MLOps, and on-premise/cloud-native ML platforms, ensuring recommendations are grounded in implementation reality. * Collaborate with the client's internal teams (programme management, data engineering, architecture, delivery, change) and third-party partners to ensure the strategy is adoptable and transitions cleanly into delivery phases. * Establish success criteria and measurement frameworks so the client can track AI value realisation beyond the engagement. Required Experience & Qualifications * Demonstrable experience in technology consulting or comparable advisory roles, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML strategy, data-driven transformation, or advanced analytics. * Experience in Defence, National Security, or other regulated sectors with understanding of security-cleared environments and sovereign technology constraints. * A track record in delivering strategy engagements end-to-end in complex, regulated, or high-security environments. * Deep technical fluency across modern AI/ML stacks: on-premise and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), MLOps tooling, LLM orchestration frameworks, data engineering pipelines, and AI governance. * Exceptional ability to translate technical complexity into strategic narratives for non-technical senior stakeholders. * Strong commercial and delivery awareness, including experience with outcome-based models and phased programme planning. * Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. IT Infrastructure Support Analyst Our Client a bank based in Central London is looking to recruit a young super talented individual as an IT Infrastructure Support Analyst. You will have at least to 5 years hands-on experience within IT Infrastructure ideally from the Banking or Financial arena. Must have in-depth knowledge of troubleshooting experience with Windows, Office365 and ideally Banking applications and conferencing applications. You will be responsible for the support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure for the Branch and to provide IT support to staff. To assist in the response to service outages and other IT related problems as well as maintenance and upkeep of for security of the systems in place. Business Performance duties  Familiarity with core banking systems or financial applications  Provide first/Second level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.  Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, Phones/Mobiles and other IT equipment.  Laptop imaging experience needed (WIM USB, MDT, SCCM, Intune, AutoPilot) – Image creation, management and deployments.  Assist in user account management in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, Onedrive, Teams, and banking systems  Networking Fundamentals – DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and LAN/WAN.  Understanding of cybersecurity measures.  Perform routine system backups and assist with disaster recovery operations.  Monitor system performance and report abnormalities to senior IT staff  Assist with software updates, patches, and antivirus management.  Exposure to following Fortinet solutions – fortigate, forticlient VPN, Symantec Endpoint Protection & Encryption, Bitlocker, SentinelOne, Cisco Switches, Tenable, Group policy, ManageEngine, Nagios, MFA  Document IT procedures and maintain technical documentation relating to role. Technical/Functional skills - Proficient in common operating systems (Linux – Redhat & Ubuntu, Windows OS –Win10 &11) - Software proficiency – 0365, Sharepoint and Teams – Banking Applications - Networking (IT) - Proficient in programming languages & Automation (good to have) - Project management - Data analysis - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - AV Support - Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals The Client is based in Central London. This is a 12 month FTC position which is hybrid with at least 3 days a week in the office. The salary for this position will be circa £35K.
