SQL Server Database Engineer with SSIS Our Client is bank based in Central London – who are looking to recruit Database Engineer with at least 5 to 7 years sold expertise of working SQL Server SSIS and SSRS. Responsible for the development and delivery of pipelines (collect, validate and prepare high quality data) to automate and streamline processes required by different departments. Support existing SSIS ETLs (overnight and intraday), proactively fine-tune and enhance existing codes to increase robustness and error monitoring. Support the internal IT department with changes and upgrades to software platforms. Convert legacy Hyperion reports to SSRS. Software Development: Analysis of issues pertaining to problems or errors raised by in-house systems, i.e. CORE, SharePoint interface, Equation end of day cycle. Understanding business requirements in order to develop and deliver appropriate solutions based on system definition documents. Proficiency in advanced 4GL programming languages and able to apply to the fully development life-cycle.
