Automation-First Mindset: Experience (or a strong desire) to work with Configuration Management and IaC tools. Hardware & Networking: A "builder" mentality-capable of configuring hardware and understanding the underlying network fabric (switching, routing, security). Senior Leadership: The ability to take a project from a blank whiteboard to a fully documented production reality.
