Missions : En tant que Tech Lead / Développeur(se) Senior CRM Dynamics 365, vous combinez une contribution directe aux conceptions et développements complexes avec un rôle de référent technique opérationnel. Vous garantissez la cohérence des choix techniques, la qualité des réalisations, la fiabilité des intégrations et la maîtrise de la dette technique sur les environnements Online et On-Premise. Vous pilotez techniquement une équipe de développement basée en Inde, sans responsabilité hiérarchique directe, et contribuez activement à la trajectoire de modernisation et de migration vers Azure, en coordination avec l'Application Manager, les Product Owners, l'architecture, la production, la sécurité et les autres équipes techniques. Classification : Confidential Responsabilités principales : • Être le référent technique opérationnel du périmètre CRM et assurer la cohérence des choix de conception sur Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online et Dynamics CRM On-Premise. • Concevoir, développer et maintenir des fonctionnalités complexes en C# .NET, plugins, Custom APIs, workflows, JavaScript/TypeScript, Web Resources, PCF, Power Automate et services d'intégration. • Piloter techniquement l'équipe de développement basée en Inde : clarification et répartition des travaux, accompagnement, revues de code, suivi de l'avancement, partage des bonnes pratiques et montée en compétences. • Concevoir, superviser et fiabiliser les API et les flux entre les applications CRM et les systèmes tiers : API REST/SOAP, Web API, webhooks, traitements asynchrones, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus et API Management. • Analyser les dépendances inter-applicatives, les contrats d'interface, les transformations de données, les erreurs de synchronisation et les impacts de bout en bout, en garantissant sécurité, performance, résilience, idempotence, supervision et traçabilité. • Contribuer aux estimations, analyses d'impact, conceptions techniques, arbitrages, cérémonies Agile, plans de livraison et coordination avec les parties prenantes techniques et fonctionnelles. • Sécuriser les livraisons par des standards de développement, des tests unitaires et d'intégration, des revues de code, une documentation maintenue et le respect des pratiques ALM, DevSecOps et CI/CD. • Prendre en charge les incidents complexes de niveau 3, l'optimisation des performances et la réduction de la dette technique, et contribuer à la modernisation de CRM KY vers Azure : diagnostic de l'existant, cartographie des dépendances, définition de la cible, préparation des composants et accompagnement de la transition. Profil recherché : • Formation supérieure en informatique, ingénierie logicielle ou expérience équivalente. • Environ 10 ans ou plus d'expérience en développement d'applications d'entreprise, dont une expérience significative sur Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 en environnements Online et On-Premise. • Expérience confirmée comme Lead Developer, Tech Lead ou développeur Dynamics CRM senior ayant exercé un rôle de référent technique sur un périmètre applicatif complexe.
