We’re looking for a Corporate Technical Support Engineer with a real drive and passion for excellent user experience. The role resides within our Corporate Technical Support team who are responsible for resolving service calls relating to the use of IT devices and their applications, including mobile phones, laptops, tablets, and desktop computers. You will be interacting with users across numerous communication channels, both virtual and face-to-face i.e. Microsoft Teams/Outlook, ServiceNow or our Tech bars. Some elements of this work can be physically demanding and involve lifting and installing equipment such as Monitors/personal computers and supporting meeting room equipment. As a member of the Corporate Technical support team, you will be supporting and maintaining new and existing services, products, and platforms. The ideal candidate would have an interest in end user computing and mobile device management.
