Bachelor or Master’s degree or professional qualification in relevant discipline (IT/Information Systems/Computer Science/Technology/Programming/Information Science/System Engineering/Computing) At least 3 years of experience in IT ideally in the Banking/Financial industry in-depth knowledge of and troubleshooting experience with Windows, Office applications and conferencing applications.
