Almatek recherche pour l'un de ses clients Un Développeur .NET WPF confirmé pour intervenir sur un projet industriel à forte composante logicielle, en région grenobloise. La mission consiste à faire évoluer une application utilisée dans un contexte de production et de tests industriels. Le/la consultant(e) rejoindra une équipe projet agile et contribuera à la conception, au développement, aux tests et au déploiement des évolutions. Les principales activités seront les suivantes : conception technique et développement d'applications serveur et d'interfaces client lourd ; analyse et clarification des besoins avec les interlocuteurs métier ; estimation des charges, identification des risques techniques et proposition de solutions ; développement et tests unitaires ; participation aux maquettes et prototypes lorsque nécessaire ; déploiement des versions sur les différents environnements ; contribution à l'industrialisation des pratiques de développement : gestion des branches, intégration continue et déploiement ; rédaction de documentation technique en français. Compétences attendues : 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en développement ; expérience confirmée en C#, .NET et WPF ; WCF est apprécié ; maîtrise d'une base de données relationnelle, idéalement Oracle ; pratique d'Azure DevOps / TFS, Git et des démarches CI/CD ; une sensibilité au traitement d'image ou à un environnement de fabrication industrielle serait un plus ; rigueur, autonomie, sens du service client et bonnes capacités de communication. Dans le cadre de projets stratégiques liés à la cybersécurité et à la transformation de la DSI, nous recherchons un Chef de projet senior capable de piloter des projets IT complexes, de structurer leur gouvernance et de coordonner des interlocuteurs techniques et métiers de haut niveau. La mission porte principalement sur le pilotage d'un projet de mise en place d'un SOC Groupe et sur le cadrage d'un projet d'évolution de l'organisation cyber. Missions principales1. Pilotage du projet SOC GroupeLe projet vise à renforcer les capacités de détection et de gestion des incidents de cybersécurité, tout en préparant une offre de services destinée aux différentes entités du groupe. À ce titre, vos responsabilités seront les suivantes : Actualiser le plan projet, la feuille de route et les jalons. Coordonner les équipes d'architecture cybersécurité, de maîtrise d'œuvre et les parties prenantes techniques. Préparer et coordonner la rédaction du dossier de demande d'investissement. Rédiger ou co-rédiger le cahier des charges et piloter le lancement de l'appel d'offres. Organiser et animer la gouvernance du projet, notamment les comités de pilotage auprès du top management. Assurer le suivi des risques, des dépendances, des livrables et des décisions. En option, accompagner le projet jusqu'à la sélection du prestataire. 2. Cadrage du projet d'évolution de l'organisation cyberÀ partir d'un modèle d'organisation cible déjà défini, vous serez chargé de : Construire le plan projet et la feuille de route de mise en œuvre. Définir les principales étapes, les responsabilités et les modalités de gouvernance. Préparer le lancement du projet et élaborer le plan de communication. Concevoir les supports de présentation destinés aux équipes de la DSI. Accompagner les parties prenantes dans la compréhension et l'appropriation de la nouvelle organisation. En option, piloter la mise en œuvre du modèle de gouvernance et assurer la clôture du projet. 3. Appui transverse à l'équipe cybersécuritéContribuer ponctuellement au suivi des plans de traitement issus des audits. Assurer le suivi des actions correctives et de leur avancement. Produire les reportings nécessaires au pilotage des activités. Environnement et compétences techniquesGestion de projets IT complexes et transverses. Cybersécurité et organisation des fonctions cyber. SOC, détection des incidents, SIEM et MSSP. Rédaction de cahiers des charges, de dossiers d'investissement et de plans projet. Préparation et pilotage d'appels d'offres, idéalement dans un environnement soumis à des procédures d'achat formalisées. Gouvernance projet, comités de pilotage et reporting. Conduite du changement et transformation organisationnelle.

1. Gestion des incidents et des problèmes techniques : • Prise en charge des appels des restaurants du groupe, qualification de l'appel, création du ticket • Identifier, analyser et résoudre les incidents et problèmes techniques rencontrés par les utilisateurs dans les restaurants du groupe Bertrand Franchise • Diagnostiquer les pannes matérielles et logicielles sur les équipements des restaurants (caisses, imprimantes, systèmes de paiement, ordinateurs, etc.). • Effectuer un suivi régulier des tickets et s'assurer de leur résolution, mise en attente, relance ou escalade dans les délais impartis. • Escalader les problèmes complexes aux tiers mainteneurs ou aux éditeurs des solutions logicielles • Tenir à jour régulièrement les tickets en renseignant les actions techniques réalisées et en s'assurant de la réalisation des interventions par les tiers mainteneurs. • Alerter en cas de non-respect des délais par les tiers mainteneurs 2. Support technique aux utilisateurs : • En cas de non-résolution lors de l'appel, chercher une solution de contournement pour aider le restaurant à fonctionner, prise de RDV ultérieur pour résolution définitive. • Assister les utilisateurs dans l'utilisation des équipements informatiques et le paramétrage de la solution métier (logiciels, matériels, outils de caisse, etc.). 3. Interventions planifiées (demandes) : • Planifier avec les restaurants les interventions pour configurer les nouveaux matériels (imprimantes, TPE, écran …) • Réaliser la configuration à distance des nouveaux matériels, faire le check avec le manager du restaurant sur le bon fonctionnement des équipements informatique. 4. Communication et Reporting : • Consigner de manière exhaustive dans le/les ticket(s) les actions menées (tests croisés, captures écran des messages d'erreurs …) • Tenir régulièrement à jour les tickets en relançant les tiers mainteneurs quand c'est nécessaire, tenir informer régulièrement les restaurants de l'avancement des tickets

Nous recherchons un prestataire capable d'accompagner notre équipe dans la valorisation et la communication des analyses techniques complexes auprès de différentes parties prenantes. Missions Le prestataire sera responsable des activités suivantes : Consolidation d'informations : Recueil et centralisation des données provenant de diverses sources techniques et organisationnelles. Analyse et synthèse des informations pour en extraire les points clés et les enjeux majeurs. Suivi de la cohérence et la fiabilité des données avant leur diffusion. Création de supports de présentation : Conception des supports visuels (présentations, rapports de synthèse) clairs, professionnels et percutants. Traduction des concepts techniques de sécurité complexes en messages compréhensibles pour des publics variés. Animation et présentation : Présentation des analyses et des recommandations devant des interlocuteurs de tous niveaux hiérarchiques (équipes techniques, managers, direction). L'enjeu : bâtir un socle commun (architecture, composants, intégrations) tout en respectant l'identité, le catalogue et les parcours propres à chaque marque.
