GenAI Business Analyst We are seeking an experienced GenAI Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of Generative AI solutions within a banking / financial services environment. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and AI, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to take GenAI use cases from concept through to production. Key Responsibilities Lead business analysis activities, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, documentation, and user journey design Translate business objectives into clear use cases, epics, features, and user stories Partner closely with Product Managers, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Architects, and UI/UX teams Define and shape GenAI use cases, understanding capabilities, limitations, and appropriate application of LLMs Support the design of RAG-based solutions, ensuring responses are grounded in enterprise data Work within API-driven ecosystems, with a strong understanding of data flow across hybrid (cloud and on-prem) environments Contribute to prompt engineering, including defining prompts, roles, instructions, and agent behaviour Support agent-based workflows, including function calling, API orchestration, and multi-agent collaboration models Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex technical environments Strong understanding of Generative AI and LLM concepts Hands-on exposure to RAG architectures and GenAI system design Experience working with API-based systems and modern data architectures Background delivering AI or GenAI use cases within banking or financial services Nice to Have Exposure to multi-agent systems, agent personas, and interaction patterns Understanding of context and memory engineering Knowledge of AI Governance and taking AI use cases into production Familiarity with model monitoring, metrics, and performance tracking This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping how GenAI is applied across critical banking use cases.
