Responsibilities of the role include; • Participation in the definition of the architecture and associated specifications. • Design PDN and develop package design guidelines, board design guidelines. • Model/design power distribution on PCBs, packages, connectors and probe cards. • Perform lab measurements and correlate to simulation refine future models. • Participate in diagram reviews. • Collaborate with internal teams such as Software and FPGA, as well as external subcontractors. • Carry out the testing and validation phases.
