IT Support Officer – Islington Our Client is looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst with at least 3 years experience. As an IT Support Officer (administrator) you will provide effective 1st line IT assistance across all aspects of the business. Responsibilities are focused primarily on general IT support functions. The position provides exposure to a broad range of IT-related projects and visibility across several departments in the organisation. As IT Support Officer you will benefit from direct exposure to the senior leaders of the company. IT Infrastructure Support Engineer Our Client a bank based in Central London is looking to recruit a bright talented individual as an IT Infrastructure Support Analyst with circa 5 to 6 years IT Support experience. You will have at least to 5 to 6 years hands-on experience within IT Infrastructure ideally from the Banking or Financial arena. Must have in-depth knowledge of troubleshooting experience with Windows, Office365 and ideally Banking applications and conferencing applications. The Client is rolling out MS Windows 11 and would therefore like to recruit an individual with these skills. You will be responsible for the support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure for the Branch and to provide IT support to staff. To assist in the response to service outages and other IT related problems as well as maintenance and upkeep of for security of the systems in place.
