You'll have the opportunity to lead change, embed best practices, and ensure our platforms remain scalable, reliable, and future-ready. About the Role The purpose of this role is to set the strategic direction for SRE and DevOps capabilities across Core Solutions, while remaining hands-on to deliver key objectives. This role is critical in enabling us to deliver high-quality digital solutions at scale, embedding a culture of automation, measurement, and continuous improvement. As a core member of our engineering team, you will: Lead and coach the Core Solutions DevOps team, embedding SRE and DevOps principles across delivery streams.
