About the Role The Business Change Manager will lead and embed change across complex programmes, ensuring successful adoption of new ways of working, systems, and processes. Operating in a sensitive, multi-stakeholder environment, the role is responsible for engaging internal and external partners - including government agencies, industry suppliers, and service personnel - to drive understanding, commitment, and benefits realisation. A central part of the role is ensuring effective, coordinated communication and stakeholder management, balancing operational priorities with organisational transformation goals. Key Responsibilities Change Leadership Lead the design, planning, and delivery of change initiatives across programmes and projects. Translate strategic objectives into practical, actionable change management plans. Assess organisational readiness, identify barriers to change, and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure benefits realisation and measurable outcomes aligned with programme objectives. Stakeholder Management Map, analyse, and manage a wide range of stakeholders, from senior military leadership to civilian staff, contractors, and partner organisations. Build trusted relationships and act as a key interface between programme teams and the operational community. Facilitate effective stakeholder governance, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and partner agencies. Provide regular updates and engagement materials tailored to each stakeholder group's needs and security sensitivities. Internal Communications Develop and execute internal communication strategies to ensure clarity, engagement, and consistent messaging across the organisation. Work with communications, HR, and leadership teams to cascade key messages effectively. Produce briefings, intranet content, leadership packs, and internal newsletters to support change awareness and adoption. Gather feedback and sentiment from staff to evaluate communication effectiveness and inform future engagement activities. External Communications Coordinate external communications related to programme change with partners, suppliers, and other government departments. Liaise with corporate communications and security teams to ensure all external messaging complies with communication protocols. Support the preparation of stakeholder briefings, public statements, and engagement with industry and regulatory bodies. Training and Capability Building Support the development of training plans and materials to help personnel adapt to new processes, technologies, or structures. Coach leaders and line managers to act as visible change champions across environments. Governance & Reporting Contribute to programme-level governance, reporting, and assurance activities. Track progress against change milestones and provide regular updates to senior leadership and programme boards. Skills & Experience Proven experience delivering complex business change in government, or similarly regulated environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging across multiple organisational levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to technical, operational, and executive audiences. Demonstrable ability to operate within secure, politically sensitive, or classified environments. Application Support Analyst Our Client is looking to recruit an Application Support Analyst with at least 3 to 5 years 1 and 2 Line Support experience. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the Application Support Analyst has primary responsibility for providing day to day operational support for the Application Portfolio, through the effective use and management of incident, requests and problems. ou will be responsible for the regular monitoring and maintenance of the application portfolio. You will be responsible for the change management process, ensuring that the all changes are managed in accordance with the appropriate policies and that they have an appropriate roll-back plan and are scheduled in conjunction with the SSC and 3 party suppliers as appropriate. Responsibilities Provide 2 and 3 line support for the application portfolio Monitor application systems, identifying performance trends and taking action when necessary to stop problems arising Liaise with 3 party suppliers, ensuring issues are escalated and dealt with as necessary and to SLA Own application/system documentation and the data repository that holds that information (i.e. SharePoint) Provide technical support to the application architect and project services as required for project deliverables Provide test support for new and enhanced systems/applications Responsible for Change Management process, ensuring that changes are managed, roll-back plans are in place and that they are appropriately scheduled and approved by CAB, liaising with Change Manager Owns Configuration Management process Responsible for scheduled maintenance and capacity planning Ensure that security, compliance and legislation is considered in all aspects of the role and associated processes Responsible for the development and maintenance of the data warehouse Run reports and conduct analysis in-line with Business/Management requirements Responsible for the provision of performance information, ensuring timely, accurate reports are provided to the necessary parties Work with the Application Architect and Project Services to ensure that data/information analysis and reporting is considered in the development of new and enhanced systems design to ensure consideration is given to the linking, matching and cleansing of data across systems.
