We are working with a client looking for a hands on Network Engineer to support a mix of project delivery and BAU support activities. This role will suit an engineer with strong Cisco networking experience who is comfortable working onsite, supporting live environments, and travelling between customer locations when required. Initial 3 months, with a good chance of extension Key Responsibilities Support network project delivery and onsite installation activities Configure, maintain and troubleshoot Cisco network infrastructure Support LAN, WiFi and firewall environments Monitor network performance and resolve technical issues Work closely with internal teams, third party suppliers and onsite stakeholders

Our Telecoms client is looking for a Project Network Engineer to join their team in Glasgow. This is a 6 months contract initially and the role is outside IR35. The role is hybrid with 2 days per week working onsite in Glasgow. Key responsibilities: * Create and maintain technical documentation and ensure customer networks are documented as part of project handovers * Install, configure, fault find, report and maintain routers, switches and firewalls * Completion of site surveys to enable installation * Rack, charger and telecoms equipment installation and commissioning to an excellent standard * Create Health and Safety documentation such as RAMS, POWRA to ensure H&S measures are adhered to. Required experience: * Proven experience in monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network and system environments. * Strong background in IP networking, including CCNA-level knowledge, WAN, LAN, and MPLS. * Hands-on experience with Nokia platforms, including Nokia SAR-H and Nokia NFM-P. * Excellent understanding of routing, switching, and data networking principles. * Experience working with XTran technology. * Proficient in using Microsoft Visio for network and technical diagramming.
