Salesforce Business Analyst - Outside IR35 Our client is looking for a Business analyst with experience and knowledge of Salesforce, ideally the Salesforce security model. You will work on guiding the scrum team through the delivery of multiple concurrent projects, from solution design to implementation and post-go-live support. Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with business stakeholders to build and maintain the product backlog (convert demand into Epics/Features). * Facilitate high-level estimation sessions (RoM) and provide T-shirt sizing or story points for requirements. * Prepare Product Response templates highlighting impacts and dependencies across upstream and downstream systems. * Support the Lead Product Owner in decomposing Epics into Features and prioritising based on business value, risk reduction, opportunity enablement, and effort. * Write high-quality user stories in Jira/Azure DevOps that meet INVEST criteria. * Conduct backlog refinement sessions with the team. * Model user journeys and create story maps for clarity across business and technical teams. * Perform detailed analysis of system, data, and process dependencies. * Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance. * Assist with UAT for complex functionality. * Maintain Salesforce expertise (Certified Administrator) and understanding of OmniStudio and the Salesforce ecosystem. * Apply Scrum Product Owner principles and practices.
