Dans le cadre de la création et de la structuration d'un pôle transverse Hyperautomation, notre client renforce son organisation technique. Nous recherchons un Consultant Senior IT pour piloter l'industrialisation des solutions, définir les standards d'architecture et structurer la gouvernance autour de la Power Platform et de la RPA.

Vos missions

En lien direct avec le management IT, l'architecture, la cybersécurité et les équipes de delivery :

Pilotage technique et delivery : encadrer les projets sous Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate et UiPath ; challenger les architectures proposées par les prestataires et sécuriser les déploiements en production.
Gouvernance & industrialisation : définir les règles de nommage, les pipelines CI/CD/ALM et les standards de développement ; structurer la gestion des environnements et endiguer le Shadow IT.
Coordination transverse : faire le pont technique avec l'infrastructure, l'info-sécurité (gestion des accès, connecteurs) et les tiers ; animer les comités techniques et remonter les risques.
Support & RUN : participer à la définition des processus de maintien en conditions opérationnelles (MCO), monitoring des flux et transfert de compétences.

Candidate profile

Expérience : 7 ans minimum en environnements IT complexes, avec un rôle avéré de lead technique, architecte ou consultant senior sur des sujets Low-Code / RPA.
Maîtrise technique :
- Expertise reconnue sur Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Center of Excellence / CoE Starter Kit).
- Maîtrise éprouvée de UiPath (Orchestrator, Studio, architecture de bots).
- Solides bases sur l'intégration de flux (APIs REST/SOAP, connecteurs personnalisés, webhooks).
- Pratique de la gouvernance Cloud/Low-Code (sécurité, DLP, gestion des licences et environnements).
Atouts supplémentaires : Azure (Logic Apps, Azure Functions), SQL, intégrations SharePoint Online, CI/CD (Azure DevOps) ou briques d'IA appliquées aux processus.
Langues : français courant et anglais professionnel (contexte international).
