Bonjour à tous notamment aux Coach SAFe / Agile à l’échelle 💛

🔎 Je cherche un Coach SAFe expérimenté pour accompagner une organisation engagée dans une transformation Agile à l’échelle, avec plusieurs équipes Scrum/Kanban organisées en Agile Release Trains (ART).

L’objectif est d’accompagner la montée en maturité des équipes et de renforcer l’adoption de SAFe, tout en intervenant sur les enjeux de coordination transverse, d’amélioration continue et de delivery à l’échelle.

💻 Ce que tu vas faire :

Accompagner la mise en œuvre et l’amélioration de SAFe / SAFe IA
Coacher les Scrum Masters, Product Owners et équipes techniques
Accompagner les RTE, Product Management et Business Owners
Faciliter les PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt et autres événements SAFe
Développer la culture Agile & Lean
Identifier les axes d’amélioration et construire des plans d’action
Accompagner la transformation organisationnelle
Assurer le transfert de compétences vers les équipes internes

🎯 Expertise recherchée 💛 :

Expertise confirmée en SAFe, certification SPC ou équivalent
Expérience significative en coaching Agile à l’échelle / plusieurs ART
Maîtrise de Scrum / Kanban / Lean / DevOps
Expérience de transformations organisationnelles complexes
Excellente capacité de facilitation et d’animation
Leadership, pédagogie et véritable posture de coach non prescriptive

🛠️ Stack technique : Jira / Confluence / Structure / Ativo / Klaxoon / Microsoft Teams ou équivalents.

⚠️ Profil recherché : Coach SAFe expérimenté avec une expérience concrète de transformation Agile à l’échelle.
