RED recherche pour l’un de leurs clients un(e) Consultant(e) Expert ERP ACE (Aurea Collaborative Enterprise) – Core Model / Support N2, pour intervenir sur un projet stratégique combinant support niveau 2 et activités projet, en forte collaboration avec les équipes métiers. La mission peut être réalisée temps plein ou temps partiel, avec une organisation hybride (sur site / remote).

🔍 Responsabilités principales :

✅ Assurer le support niveau 2 pour les utilisateurs ACE : analyse, diagnostic et résolution des incidents
✅ Participer aux activités projet Core Model : évolutions, améliorations et adaptations des processus
✅ Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes métiers pour comprendre les besoins et prioriser les actions
✅ Contribuer à la documentation fonctionnelle et procédures utilisateurs
✅ Vérifier la cohérence et l’intégrité des données dans le système ACE (Aurea Collaborative Enterprise)
✅ Aider à la préparation, au suivi et au contrôle des interfaces et flux de données
✅ Participer à l’optimisation des outils et des processus liés à l’ERP

Candidate profile

👤 Profil recherché :

✔️ Expertise confirmée sur l’ERP ACE (Aurea Collaborative Enterprise)
✔️ Expérience sur des projets Core Model, incluant support N2 et activités projet
✔️ Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec des équipes métiers et IT
✔️ Bonnes compétences en communication et coordination
✔️ Français courant indispensable
✔️ Rigoureux, autonome et proactif
