Je cherche pour l'un de nos client un BA ou proxy PO CRM Salesforce

Prefered experience: Master’s degree

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a CRM project manager or business analyst

• Proven expertise on agile framework on large scale projects (or dealing with large set of data)

• Experience in Saleforces (sales cloud) environment, certification ADM, or Salesforce consultant mandatory

• Experience in driving change in large organisations

• Experience of overseeing teams on operational deliveries

• Fluent English, French, Spanish is a plus

• Experience in international environment, cross countries transversal projects managemen

Required technical skills:

Salesforce (sales cloud)

Scrum Master/Agile

Stakeholder Management

Governance, Change management, trainings plans, user engagement

 Optionals Technical skills: Azure dev ops, Data bricks, PBI

 Other skills or abilities desired:  Analytical skills, ability to illustrate results, community animation, strong capactiy to build smart power point and support documentation (videos, demos…)

Interpersonal skills:

Strong proactivity and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Experience with project management methodologies

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Background and experiences: Experience working in a global or multinational organization is an advantage, Insurance/Assistance sector would be appreciated
