Maintien et mise à jour des référentiels documentaires et techniques (DTA, DEX, CMDB).
Création et validation des dossiers d’architecture d’exploitation et d’exploitation avant mise en production.
Mise en place et actualisation des consignes de production et de supervision (Helpdesk, monitoring, alerting).
Gestion complète des incidents, problèmes et changements (via METIS / ServiceNow).
Coordination des actions d’éradication des incidents et de traitement des problèmes.
Pilotage des mises en production (MEP), incluant la préparation, les tests, le déploiement et le suivi des impacts.
Mise en œuvre de la supervision technique et des indicateurs d’observabilité en lien avec les développeurs.
Contribution aux plans de tests et aux feuilles de route de déploiement.
Garant de l’application des normes de production et d’exploitabilité.
Production de rapports de qualité de fonctionnement et suivi des indicateurs de service.
Gestion des obsolescences et contribution aux plans de continuité d’activité (PSIU, PSI).

Candidate profile

Maîtrise des environnements Unix, AIX, Linux (RedHat) et Windows.
Connaissance approfondie des serveurs applicatifs J2EE : Tomcat, Websphere, Apache, JBoss, IIS, DataStage.
Bonne maîtrise des bases de données : Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, Postgre, MongoDB, Cassandra, Teradata.
Connaissance des ordonnanceurs (Control-M) et des outils de transfert (CFT, Secure Transport).
Expérience confirmée sur les outils DevOps et Cloud : Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible, Dynatrace, ELK, Kafka, Maven, Hadoop.
Bonne compréhension des chaînes de traitement en production et des outils de supervision (Grafana, ELISA).
Connaissance des méthodes Agile, DevOps et ITIL.
