Mission freelance Scrum Master

Scrum Master
7 Month contract initially
Location: Remote (unless required to attend a meeting in person)
Rate: £625 - £715 p/d (via Umbrella company)

Key Skills & Experience:
* Method- Experienced and Certified Agile ScrumMaster (CSM, CSP-SM) (Scrum, XP, Kanban) as well as a project management methodology
* Technologies - The 'must have' requirements centre around the base technology platforms that we build all our infrastructure):
* AWS
* Cloud Formation or Terraform
* Nginx
* Linux administration
* Packer
* Collaboration tools (Git, Jira, Confluence, etc)
* **Note** the more senior the resource then the following become Must have's:
* Kubernetes
* Docker
* Hashicorp tools (Packer, Consul, Vault, etc)
* Skills:
* Experienced leading large-scale IT and Business Transformation Projects (preferably in Public Sector)
* Experience of working with development teams
* Ability to manage senior (technical and programme) stakeholders with strong communication skills
* Working within an agile context with the use of CI
* Articulate a logical design, and understand how this translates to physical infrastructure
* Experience with defining and working with the constraint of NFRs such as cost, scalability, availability

Nice to have:
* Technologies - The must have requirements centre around the base technology platforms that we build all our infrastructure):
* Kubernetes
* Docker
* Hashicorp tools (Packer, Consul, Vault, etc)
* Other networking technologies
* Skills:
* Worked in a Cloud native environment
* Use of KANBAN
