* Full and detailed task description -
* Incident Resolution
* Hardware deployment and refresh
* Hardware Break and Fix management
* IMAC
* Smart hands and eyes (no specific skills required)
* L1 video conference equipment support
* Reasonable endeavours event and meeting support
* 3rd party accompanying
* Smart Phone & SIM card activation
* Prepare goods for shipment
* Manage refresh plan/process
* Update AMDB
* On Stock Sites, stock management and goods-in including staging / pre-imaging and tracking shipments to users
* Tape swap (some sites)
* Paper and printers excluding physical (some sites)
