The Project Manager will join the Business Solutions department and report to the Build & Transform Manager. They will work in close collaboration with SAP teams, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, AMS, partners and business teams.
Main projects:
- Migration SAP PI/PO towards SAP CPI / Integration Suite
- Migration / modernisation of Fiori Launchpad towards SAP BTP
- Management of LCP / Landscape, Connectivity & Platform topics
- Technical adaptations related to RISE / ECS environment
- Coordination of technical impacts between SAP, satellite applications, external partners and internal teams
- Preparation of transition towards RUN and AMS
Responsibilities:
- Take over existing SAP technical initiatives
- Clarify objectives, scope, deliverables and constraints
- Structure projects into work packages
- Define schedules, milestones, dependencies and workloads
- Identify technical, organisational, contractual and budgetary prerequisites
- Prepare launch and decision files
- Guarantee alignment with SAP roadmap
Integration component:
- Inventory of existing interfaces
- Categorisation of flows
- Analysis of dependencies with SAP S/4, satellite applications and external partners
- Definition of migration strategy
- Prioritisation of interfaces
- Coordination of technical analyses
- Planning of developments and tests
- Preparation of cutovers
- Preparation of RUN support and documentation
- Monitoring of risks related to operational continuity

Contexte
Le Project Manager rejoindra le département Business Solutions et reportera au Build & Transform Manager.
Il travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes SAP, Architecture, Infrastructure, Sécurité, AMS, les partenaires et les équipes métier.

Coordination des impacts techniques entre SAP, applications satellites, partenaires externes et équipes internes

Responsabilités
Reprendre les initiatives SAP techniques existantes
Clarifier objectifs, périmètre, livrables et contraintes
Structurer les projets en work packages
Définir plannings, jalons, dépendances et charges
Identifier les prérequis techniques, organisationnels, contractuels et budgétaires
Préparer les dossiers de lancement et de décision
Garantir l’alignement avec la roadmap SAP
Volet intégration
Inventaire des interfaces existantes
Catégorisation des flux
Analyse des dépendances avec SAP S/4, applications satellites et partenaires externes
Définition de la stratégie de migration
Priorisation des interfaces
Coordination des analyses techniques
Planification des développements et tests
Préparation des cutovers
Préparation du support RUN et de la documentation
Suivi des risques liés à la continuité opérationnelle
