I'm looking for a Service Desk with several years' experience for one of our customers located north of Luxembourg (Diekirch)!

The service desk is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users in resolving IT problems and responding to service requests.

The service desk team leader supervises the members of the team responsible for providing this support.

Your role encompasses:

Providing initial support to users.
Facilitating the setup and registration of IT equipment.
Collaborating with various IT teams to troubleshoot complex issues.
Escalating incidents to second-level support when necessary.
Prioritizing and assigning tasks to the first-level support team.
Offering training and assistance to end-users.
Staying updated on IT and cybersecurity advancements.
