The role of an IT Team Lead is to supervise the team, plan projects, ensure quality of work and contribute to the company's IT strategy.

Missions

Identify and implement evolution projects to meet user needs.
Continuously monitor technological advances to maintain and optimize the information system, and recommend initiatives to management.
Monitor and report regularly to management on the IT action plan.
Draw up schedules for IT team members (approx. 3-5 people) and manage the department's activities as a whole.
Manage subcontracting, from calls for tender to technical follow-up, including the selection of service providers and contract management.
Define maintenance strategies for IT equipment (computers and servers).
Monitor and guarantee the smooth running and security of IT networks.
Gather user requirements, monitor their evolution and recommend priority decisions.
