Main missions:
Offer consultancy and expert services to clients.

Contribute to designing technical solutions and developing architectural plans.
Aid sales teams in pre-sales efforts by crafting models, presenting technical solutions, and addressing tender needs.
Provide assistance during implementation or offer support to operational teams as required.
Manage customer service inquiries, ensuring swift issue resolution.
Lead projects centered on security solutions.

Profil recherché
Profile:
You are fluent in English (minimum level B2) and French (min B2)
You have previous experience in networks and safety (minimum 5 years)
