As an IT Support Engineer you will:
Log customer requests and analyze reported issues.
Provide support for various customer-specific applications (DE. & EN.).
Perform troubleshooting and assist in problem resolution.
Collaborate with helpdesks and work together on tickets.
Organize knowledge transfers and maintain the knowledge base
Offer:
Salary: Approximately €55,000 per annum
Options for remote (50%) or on-site work

Profil recherché
Your qualifications include:
Clear technical understanding with the ability to grasp relevant contexts.
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
Ability to identify and solve technical problems efficiently.
Previous experience in customer support or IT related activities is an advantage.
