Our client is an International IT Service Provider who require multiple Workplace Engineers and Application Engineers to support one of their key customers in Wiltshire.

Tasking for Workplace Engineer
Supports programme by defining and creating the design, configuration, deployment, and documentation of the Workspace ONE Windows core build.
Responsible for the creation and delivery of secure endpoint policies via Workspace ONE profiles, including remote access and VPN solutions
Works with Test and Trials teams to test the Workspace ONE Windows build in TEST, PREPROD and PROD environments to validate and assure a robust, secure, and reliable OS build.
Supports the transition planning and design by providing, presenting, and demonstrating each solution to the Migration Teams at.
· Works with vendors, suppliers, and partners to define and implement the solution required for applications and peripherals, and to deploy as required in Workspace ONE platforms.
Work with Identity and Migration teams in defining AD object sync groups in accordance with design requirements
Support user incidents that cannot be resolved.

Tasking for App Engineer
Packaging apps using MSI, PowerShell application deployment toolkit
Omnissa Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, MDM
Troubleshooting application issue in complex environments
Troubleshoot multiple defects for different applications, that either fail during promoting into environments or during UAT testing.
Identify all application dependencies before application implementation
Support test team throughout testing of applications
Support user incidents that have peripheral and application issues
Applying peripherals drivers and adding to allows list
Engaging with third party Application vendors
