Job Description:
- Understanding or experience with Fortinet SD-WAN (FortiManager/FortiAnalyser).
- With an awareness of Fortinet Reporting (creating, modifying, tailoring built in reports based on internal Fortinet standard data sets).
- With an ability to further tailor reports using SQL or other methodologies within the Fortinet platform.
- Create a multitude of customer reports to present performance metrics aligned to customer SLA's and KPI reporting in a format that meets tailored customer requirements.
