Mission freelance DV 2nd Line Support Engineer

Role : 2nd Line Storage Support Engineer
Location : Basingstoke

We are looking for a 2nd Line System Administrator to join our team 2nd and 3rd Line engineers. Your role will involve assisting high profile user community, daily contact with customers and stake holders utilising the IT Service Management Toolset. The monitoring of Event Management tooling, triage and escalation is critical to the role.

Required Skills:

- Event Management Tooling (SolarWinds and SCOM)
- MECM
- SCCM
- Effective communication

Target Start Date: ASAP
Target End Date: 30/11/25

Rate: £350+
Location of role (on site requirements): Basingstoke (Travel to customer site req)
Clearance Required: DV
Working Pattern: Shift Working (0700 - 1500 or 1100 - 1900)
