6 Month contract initially
Location: Hybrid - Max 3 days p/w onsite in Reading
Rate: £450 - £500 p/d (via Umbrella company)

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive next-gen customer engagement strategies using Braze
* Work with cutting-edge CEP, CDP, and multi-channel marketing tech
* Deliver high-impact lifecycle programs at scale
- Develop, execute, and optimise Braze campaigns, Canvases, and segmentation.
- Implement advanced Liquid scripting for personalisation.
- Integrate Braze with internal/external systems using APIs and Webhooks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on SDK implementation across Android/iOS/Web.
- Define event-based triggers and data flows in collaboration with CDP teams.
- Build multi-channel user journeys (Push, Email, In-app, SMS).
- Monitor, analyse, and improve campaign performance.
- Ensure high-quality HTML/CSS email builds and deliverability best practices.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to define engagement strategy.
- Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to compliance and GDPR.

Key Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Braze (Canvas, Campaigns, Segmentation, Liquid scripting)
- Expertise in customer engagement platforms and lifecycle marketing
- Proficiency in Liquid for dynamic content personalisation
- Experience with APIs and Webhooks integration
- Understanding of CDPs, data ingestion, and event-based triggers
- Knowledge of mobile/web SDK implementations for messaging
- Experience with segmentation and multi-channel orchestration
- Campaign analytics and optimisation skills

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- Strong HTML/CSS and email rendering knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
