Je recherche un Service Delivery Manager pour l'un de mes clients en PACA.
- Démarrage septembre.
- 3 jours de présence sur site et 2 jours en TT.
- Anglais obligatoire.
Votre rôle consistera à :
- Define and implement the IT processes, procedures and protocols to optimize the organisation of data flow.
- Ensure the application of cybersecurity, propose changes et optimize measures to be taken.
- Ensure the collect and the study of the needs expressed by the various department et recommend the corresponding IT choices and investments.
- Anticipate changes et guide management’s choice in terms of information technology.
- Ensure the continuity of IT services provided to users, particularly with regard to enterprise resource planning software (ERP).
- Manage, motivate, federate and evaluate members of his department and the main critical vendors
- Implement and update KPIs for IT performance to provide visibility to the group executive team.
Environnement technique : Microsoft 365, Azure, AD, Cybersécurité.
