I'll write in English since it's way quicker then my French B1.
I worked with Cegelem for about 2,5 years, always late with payments but now it's a total catastrophe.
I terminated the contract with them end of June due to they breaching French Law, meaning multiple late salaries and now no payout of salary.
I'm currently finalizing another contract, with another umbrella company, far more serious.

I am still waiting on my salary of June which I have proof is supposed to have been "transferred" 2026-06-30, written on my payslip.
Cegelem is now 23 days late with paying out my salary. For almost 23 days, I've been calling them on two different numbers everyday and sending out an email to all of their major addresses to summarize the situation but also to have things on record.

They are avoiding my calls and emails by all means.

If there is any case getting built up against them, I'd like to join.
