SC Technical Support Engineer (Apple/Android/Intune) Contract - Near to Chippenham
I am currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to work in contract with a major client near to Chippenham
* Duration: Initially running until 20/03/2026 (extensions possible)
* IR35: Inside
* Rate: £25.15/hour
* Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience of supporting Apple and Android Phones (across multiple Hardware configs) within a corporate environment required
* Responsibilities:
- To respond to service tickets in your regional queue and/or as requested by your TL updating ticket progress after each visit.
- Contact users to understand issues, diagnose, and resolve faults with the phones. Typically, this would be enrol/de-enrolling devices in Intune, new setup, password support and assistance with application issues.
- To ensure all tickets are managed and updated appropriately.
- To build a good and professional relationship with customer and 3rd party contacts
- To follow all departmental procedures as specified by the Team Leader
- Regularly attend daily calls/team meetings, flagging issues and identifying areas and processes for improvement.
