Mission freelance SQL Developer - Inside IR35

A SQL Developer is required for an initial 12 months contract. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 none-consecutive days on site in London and is inside IR35 so will require working via and FCSA accredited umbrella company.

Key Skills and experience:

*Extensive SQL experience covering:
oServer side and client side development
oPerformance tuning
oLogical and physical model design
oDesign of complex and long stored procedure
oStrong appreciations of SOLID design principles and its effective application in practice
*Knowledge and experience with C#, Python, Powershell is desired
*Ability to follow agile development best practices (preferrable Scrum/ Kanban)
*Effective application of Automation/ DevOps best practices
*Strong sense of ownership, high level of independence and enthusiasm to go extra mile
*Ability to own initiative to resolve issues/ investigate and final solutions.
*Providing support and resolving issues for systems in production
*Excellent communication skill - including ability to convey information to non-technical colleagues in a concise and clear way.
*Strong stakeholder management, able to communicate at all levels and build sustainable relationships.
*A strong analytical/ problem solving mind set.

Desired skills/ Preferred Qualification:
*Some understanding of project methodologies and their application within organizations project methodology
*Organizational skills and ability to multi task in a highly pressurized support environment
*Able to work within high performing team and contribute to overall objective / best practices
*Always ready to learn and explore new areas with regard to technology.
