Role Overview:
Experienced Freelance Engagement Manager required to lead strategic consulting projects for a
key Saudi governmental entity. You will manage a small consulting team and engage frequently
with senior government stakeholders (vice-ministers and ministers).
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary liaison with senior government officials.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
• Lead and mentor a consulting team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Present strategic recommendations clearly to executive-level stakeholders.
Profil recherché
Candidate Profile:
• 8+ years in top-tier strategy consulting (MBB, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Strategy&).
• Extensive experience in GCC, especially Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record in senior stakeholder management within public sector entities.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English.
• Confident, self-driven and comfortable in high-pressure environments.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Immediate availability preferred.
